QSO this week ― 2011/04/25 02:11
18th Apr.
It's Sunday midnight in JST, I watched 17m CW then some QSO was heard before I went to bed. I called EX8M Yuri at 1533Z and QSO on CW. He was not so strong but enough to work with each other. Successively, I called UW5IM Andy and QSO with him on CW. It's a very last QSO at this night for Ukrainean stations!
19th Apr.
After coming back home, I watched DX cluster and found 4A0IARU on 30m. I called him again and again, finally I've got him at 1359Z calling up2. I was not only pleased to work with such a special station but also it would be my first XE on 30m, I thought... but I've already got XE on 30m before. Anyway, it's so much fun about summer condition like this, midnight NA path.
21st Apr.
I watched 20m CW before midnight JST, I heard W1ESE, very strong signal, I called him and QSO at 1415Z. I searched QRZ.COM and found it's a club station in Arizona. I thought it's from east coast...but not.
22nd Apr.
I watched DX cluster just after coimng back my home. I found RI1ANC on 20m CW. I called him but no coming back my call... finally, I've got call back at 1317Z. My signal might be weak for him to pick up...
23rd Apr.
Before midday, T31A was spotted on DX cluster. I thought 12m CW would be easy and calling, but... I call him from 0230Z then at last I've got his callback at 0331Z...sigh. After that, I called T31A on 10m CW but no callback till fading out at 0350Z...
I could not sleep till early morning because I watched KBS world TV... I watched 30m at Sunday morning JST. EA6/DL7UCX, found on DX cluster, was heard 569-579 for me, but I called him but never looked back from 2000Z till his QRT at 2040Z... Next, I called OG0I, also found on DX cluster, strongly heard RST 599!, but never heard call me back from 2040Z till 2047Z. I found YU5RA Atila, heard RST 569, and call him then soon call me back with 599 at 2100Z... My signal was not so weak to work with YU. After that, I called LZ1ND Ted, heard RST 579, but call me back as "VY WEAK SRI"... of course, no call back. LZ1802PLO was also no mention for me on 30m.
24th Apr.
I went to my parent's home and no ham radio activity. It was a week lacking something for ham radio...
